Energetic fascial release is designed to facilitate your inner journey of growth and healing by unblocking the Meridian system as well as release of old physical and emotional trauma. The therapist uses a combination of intense energy healing of Reiki/Shamballa Multidimensional healing, myofascial release and neuromuscular therapy (trigger point therapy) to relieve any tension being held within the muscles while moving blockages in your energy flow.

Techniques used in this session are myofascial release, deep tissue, neuromuscular therapy (trigger point therapy) and/or stretching. These types of techniques make up what is known as structural bodywork.
